Happy New Year Beloved,
2016 IS OUR YEAR OF SPREADING!
Genesis 26:1-2 & 12-13 Reads “And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar. And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of: … Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:
Gen 30:43 And the man increased exceedingly, and had much cattle, and maidservants, and menservants, and camels, and asses.”And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.” Genesis 28:14
2016 IS OUR YEAR OF SPREADING by the Holy Spirit.
What does this mean?
There are 3 key things we need to get:
1. The unstoppable spreading of the message of our ministry, it cannot be stopped, it doesn’t matter how small you started, your spreading cannot be stopped. Acts 5:28 (We will fill every nation with our doctrine, it shall be said that we have filled this place with our doctrine)
2. We have an unstoppable increase in all directions. Nothing stops my growth, keep growing, license to grow, everywhere and in anything.
3. The growth and dominion of the word in you and your circumstances. Acts 19:20. Celebrate the Word of God in your life, this is the glory of God.What follows triumphs? Celebrations, the demons have heard the news. No one dares to touch us, We are God’s firstfruit, We are spreading.
Rev. Dr. Chris Oyakhilome Phd
There’s Glory that God’s Word gives to His beholder:
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. 2 Cor.3:18.

Jesus Power In Action
You probably must have been instructed to lift up your hands to heaven while in prayer or worship, many don’t know it’s implications and so they do it reluctantly; they do not have a revelation of what it means to lift up Holy hands towards heaven.
How important the lifting of our hands is to God! When you lift up your hands, it’s not just a sign of worship; it’s a ministry! It’s the most beautiful thing to behold when God’s people lift their hands to Him in worship. as you speak forth words of praise to God and lift up your hands to heaven , you’re sending incense of sweet-smelling savour to Him. the lifting up of your hands has taken the place of the burnt sacrifice, and your prayers, the burning incense. David said:
“Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.” (Psalm 141:2 KJV)
When your hands are lifted up, that’s the time to adore and thank the Lord; the time to worship Him, not a time to beg and cry. It’s the time to make a sacrifice of Joy that springs from the heart full of love and thanksgiving.
Every time a minister tells you to lift your hands in worship, don’t get tired and put your hands down so quickly. Moses found out there’s something powerful about lifting your hands. it wasn’t written in the Law, but he discovered it! Let’s read his discovery:
“And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand. So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed. But Moses hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.” (Exodus 17:9-12 KJV)
How remarkable and instructive! Now, the Lord didn’t command Moses to lift up his hands when he got to the top of that hill, but he, Aaron, and Hur observed that whenever he lifted his hands, Isreal prevailed, but as soon as his hands came down, Isreal began to lose. So the two men got Moses a stone to sit on and held up both his hands. And as long as Moses’ hands were held up, Isreal prevailed.
Paul also understood the importance of lifting our hands, so he charged us in 1 Timothy 2:8
“I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands without wrath and doubting.”
If you’ve been going through difficulties in your life that don’t seem to go away, maybe this is what you haven’t done yet. When you pray with your hands lifted up, it’s a signal of victory in the realm of the spirit, and you will prevail over that situation and have the victory, glory to God!
God Bless You!
Some part are extracted from the book “How To Pray Effectively” – Rev. Dr. Chris Oyakhilome, PhD
“A man in the crowd answered, “Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit that has robbed him of speech. Whenever it seizes him, it throws him to the ground. He foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth and becomes rigid. I asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but they could not.” “You unbelieving generation,” Jesus replied, “how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy to me.” So they brought him. When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw the boy into a convulsion. He fell to the ground and rolled around, foaming at the mouth. Jesus asked the boy’s father, “How long has he been like this?” “From childhood,” he answered. “It has often thrown him into fire or water to kill him. But if you can do anything, take pity on us and help us.” “ ‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.” Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!” When Jesus saw that a crowd was running to the scene, he rebuked the impure spirit. “You deaf and mute spirit,” he said, “I command you, come out of him and never enter him again.” The spirit shrieked, convulsed him violently and came out. The boy looked so much like a corpse that many said, “He’s dead.” But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him to his feet, and he stood up. After Jesus had gone indoors, his disciples asked him privately, “Why couldn’t we drive it out?” He replied, “This kind can come out only by prayer [and fasting] ”
Mark 9:17-29 NIV.
[Bracket’s mine based on some manuscript].
Jesus responded to the people by saying “You unbelieving generation” to tell you that these disciples didn’t believe and then He also said “Everything is possible for one who believes.”. Studying the scenario and what Jesus was saying I believe the subject of Jesus’ response was on believe and not on prayer and fasting, it will be contradictory for Jesus to say “Everything is possible for one who believes” and then say “this kind can only come out only by prayer [and fasting]” if it will take you to pray and fast to cast out a kind of devil, since we just need to believe and all things will be possible. What Jesus was pointing out was their unbelief in the ability of God, the disciples doubted they could cast out the devil, most probably because they were overwhelmed by the outward manifestation of this devil in the boy, how the devil threw him to the ground, makes him foam at the mouth, gnashes his teeth and becomes rigid”, so he told them about praying and fasting for them to stir up their believe in that ability of God. The sole purpose of praying and fasting in the context above was to help their belief, and not for casting out devils, you don’t need to pray and fast to cast out any devil. When you pray most especially in the Spirit and fast, it becomes impossible for you to doubt, instead faith is stirred up in you. And amazingly Jesus only said that to the disciples, he never told anyone else after then, it was because of the state of their belief, His point was that if only they could believe, all things will be possible.
One time Jesus sent seventy two and they came back with a report: “The seventy-two returned with joy and said, “Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name.” Luke 10:17. Jesus didn’t go out with them and He never told them to be make sure they pray and fast because of some kind of devils. These ones believed in the power of Jesus and it was possible to them. Jesus said “… these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues;” Mark 16:17.
In casting out devils, you don’t need to get more faith, the faith that you have already is all that is required; it’s like that police man on the road with his uniform on, once the police man raises his hand towards you on the road you’ll know it means stop, and you’ll obey and stop the car, he didn’t need to get faith to tell you to stop, the uniform is all you needed to know that he has the authority to tell you to stop. So it is with the believer in Christ, you just need to know who you are in Christ and act accordingly, just one word of “Out in Jesus’ name” is enough and devil will recognise your authority in the name of Jesus, and he’ll know he can’t stay. At the name of Jesus, the devil will bow to you. Know that you are that powerful. “Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.” Luke 9:1-2. Jesus said ” I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.” Luke 10:19.
God bless you.
“As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them” Acts13:2.
It’s our priestly responsibility as Christians to minister to the Lord, and it’s important that you understand how to do it, and the benefits that accrue from it. The first thing to do in ministering to the Lord is to focus your attention on Him in worship. Secondly , learn to speak words of praise to Him from your spirit; words that extol His majesty. Such praise should have content.
For example, simply saying, “Lord, I praise you,” isn’t enough. You’ve got to tell Him what you’re praising Him for. Tell Him how wonderful, loving and kind He is; you ought to give substance to your praises of Him. So in ministering to the Lord you focus your attention on Him and praise Him from your spirit with words of worship and thanksgiving. The Lord responds to you when you minister to Him like this.
When the apostles ministered to Him and fasted as we reward in our opening scripture, He responded by giving them direction regarding an important issue. In the same way, God gives you guidance and enlightens your spirit as to what you need to do in specific circumstances as you minister to Him. He ministers strength to you and prepares you for the task ahead.
Your fellowship with the Holy Spirit becomes effective as you learn to minister to Him from your spirit; He participates in everything you do and dispenses His blessings into your life. You also experience His transportation as He moves you from one level of glory to another.
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for continually manifesting your love towards me. I’m grateful for your mercy and kindness. I thank you for dispensing abundant grace and blessings into my life; you’re the only true and wise God! I worship you today for decorating my life with your beauty, in Jesus’ Name. Amen!

Wisdom is a person. It’s a nature of God. And It can be defined also as the ability to apply knowledge. In God’s word ,we can realize that wisdom has an expression and it’s said that ,we as the new creation, Christ is our wisdom (1cor 1:30) meaning that Christ in us , the habitat of the fullness of wisdom, therefore greater than Solomon . So We have wisdom on the inside of us already. And Just as much as Christ is our expression and lifestyle, Wisdom is our lifestyle and expression too. For whatever God does always has the fingerprint of Wisdom. And this automatically shows that wisdom is a kingdom lifestyle. And Jesus on earth demonstrated the same lifestyle along His ministry on earth .Based on this previous wording, I was led to focus more on the expressions of wisdom (but I needed first to give its meaning). For There are tangible and pukka signs and characteristics that always follow the expression of His wisdom which we will see below. This brief elaboration will help us not just to recognize and discern wisdom when it’s being expressed but also to manifest the wisdom in us. NB: Here i have no pretension to exclude the vital importance on developing an ever increased intimacy with WISDOM HIMSELF, JESUS. But by getting to know the wisdom’s ways, this will quickly help you to adjust yourself and consequently to exude wisdom in everything you do. Let’s get started :
1-3 Can’t you hear the voice of wisdom? She is standing at the city gates and at every fork in the road, and at the door of every house. Listen to what she says:
4-5 “Listen, men!” she calls. “How foolish and naive you are! Let me give you understanding. O foolish ones, let me show you common sense!
6-7 Listen to me! For I have important information for you. Everything I say is right and true, for I hate lies and every kind of deception.
What an outstanding exclamation from Wisdom ,who says “… SHE CALLS….LISTEN TO ME “ , the structure of “ she calls “ in the present tense shows the consistency , constancy regularity in the calling. This means that you have to constantly listen to wisdom for She calls you all the time for You need her all the time.Amen? And The verse just above says that ” everything i say is right and true……” this shows That whenever wisdom is being expressed there are rightness and truth in exhibition also . These are signs that always follows wisdom. And the expression of wisdom encapsulates already rightness and truth. But the reverse is not true. Hence , “ wisdom “ expressed with lack of truth and rightness is not WISDOM.
8 My advice is wholesome and good. There is nothing of evil in it. Whenever Wisdom is expressed , Goodness is it, wholesomeness is it and there is no evil in it. There is no evil no perversion in wisdom . And Brethren , there is a difference between malice and wisdom. Hence in evil, perversion , there is no wisdom.
9 My words are plain and clear to anyone with half a mind—if it is only open!
10 My instruction is far more valuable than silver or gold.” Wisdom can create , generate and sustain whatever resources you could ever be in need of . No wonder the bible says in Joshua 1:8b , that the word (God’s instructions ) will lead you to deal wisely in the affairs of life. Halleluyah.
11 For the value of wisdom is far above rubies; nothing can be compared with it. The virtues of wisdom are high class.
12 Wisdom and good judgment live together, for wisdom knows where to discover knowledge and understanding. Wherever there is wisdom in expression, good judgment and accurate appreciation follow. Wisdom knows where to help you to get knowledge and understanding. Halleluyah.
13 If anyone respects and fears God, he will hate evil. For wisdom hates pride, arrogance, corruption, and deceit of every kind. Wherever Wisdom is expressed ,there is reverence for the Almighty .And this takes me into a conclusion that atheists and those who do not reverence the Lord, they CAN’T BE CALLED WISE. Where wisdom is expressed, there is no room for pride, arrogance and corruption or things of the same kind.
14-16 “I, Wisdom, give good advice and common sense. Because of my strength, kings reign in power, and rulers make just laws. Whenever ,there is wisdom , there is good advice.Wisdom has the ability to strengthen you and to cause you to reign in life.
17 I love all who love me. Those who search for me shall surely find me. Elements to encounter or find wisdom are : Wisdom needs to be honored, cherished and searched for us to experience it… That’s why you can see , whenever there is a lack of honor ,there is also lack of wisdom in expression.
18 Unending riches, honor, justice, and righteousness are mine to distribute.
19 My gifts are better than the purest gold or sterling silver!
20 My paths are those of justice and right. Wisdom possesses untold riches , honor and justice.
What wisdom can lead you to produce or to release are better that purest gold or silver. No wonder why , the bible says after all : ” Wisdom is the principal thing , therefore get wisdom…….. ” Prov 4:7 In order word , Wisdom is all you need, so seek to manifest that person.
To Sum up :
CHARACTERISTICS OF WISDOM Or SIGNS THAT ALWAYS FOLLOW THE EXPRESSION OF WISDOM ARE:
1- Truth , rightness
2- Goodness , No lie , no evil in it.
3- It helps you to create and to sustain resources.
4- Virtues of high class.
5- Good and accurate judgement.
6- It helps you to get knowledge and understanding.
7- It reverences the Lord.
8- Good advices.
9- It helps you to rule and reign in life.
10- It desires to be loved, honored and searched , for us to manifest it.
11- It is always with riches and honor.
